By mastering these two techniques in combination, participants learn how to create a special makeup effect on the brows.  

The LatinBrows Course is ideal for beginners as well as those who already have experience with PMU. It pairs exceptionally well with other courses offered by PhiAcademy, in particular, the PhiBrows Microblading Course.
