Hexaplan, or the plan in 6 levels, is designed to successfully motivate our Students and support them in the easier realization of their wishes and plans in the beauty industry, regardless of their previous experience and age.
It is possible to lose the title due to stealing other people’s work and abusing digital tools. In this case, Students will not be able to enroll in the course again.

The Artist title and monitoring may be revoked if it is discovered that the Artist uses other people’s works as his own, does not follow the Phi procedures specified in the contract, or does not use Phi tools.
The Royal Artist title is acquired by perfecting the knowledge and work technique, as well as passing the Skin expert course.
Royal Artists have the opportunity to charge more for their treatments, but also to perform the monitoring themselves.

Although there are no special benefits that emphasize the title of Master Associate comparing to Royal Associate, this title is the laststep to the title of Craft Master, but also an indicator that you are approaching he very top of progress at Phi Academy.
The title of Master Associate can be lost if the treatment and Student monitoring procedures are not followed, or if any of the above- mentioned rules are violated.
The title of Craft Master means that the basics of paid marketing on social networks, Google, and the basics of business have been mastered.
Craft Master can gain additional income
through creating new Students, but also
new skill courses at Phi Academy.
To retain the title of Craft Master, there is a certain number of Students that the Craft Master must have annually.
Community, Top 5 places at the Phi Top List, Signature work quality, Student pass rate between 60% and 90%, Compliance with the contract rules, Positive evaluation of the Phi Academy sector for communication and business, Positive Loyalty evaluation of the Academy, Impact on creating a positive environment for development.
The Grand Master title is the crown of progress within Hexaplan and a confirmation that you have reached the highest and most valuable position that everyone aspires to.
